Healthcare Telecare
A trained operator handles emergency calls sent by the device in a timely manner: checks the situation and in case of emergency urges the health service by providing the necessary information.
Doctor Friend
A doctor is available h24 to provide immediate telephone assistance, information on treatment facilities, medications, and more. You can also request home care (additional cost agreed upon from time to time).
Telecompany
A trained operator, with a chat of a few minutes, will help solve the needs of the moment or simply keep company during daily activities by offering a "friendly voice".
Telecompany + Monthly Test
A trained operator, makes a monthly call to offer companionship and check any needs. During the chat, a test is also performed to make sure that the device and the Telecompanionship service are working and being used properly.
