Beghelli ZafiroLed lamps incorporate an evolutionary new lay of pure sapphire substrate instead of copper or glass commonly used for this kind of lamps. Sapphire filament has excellent thermal conductivity, it resists to high pressure and aggressive chemical impacts. The hardness of Sapphire is only after diamond in all crystal materials thus the strength is quite great. Sapphire filament has excellent thermal conductivity because it can even resist 2050 degree high temperature, whereas copper resist only 1083 degree, granting a longer life to the lamp. The combination of excellent thermal conductivity and high resistant to heat, together with the mixture of gas inside the bulb provide high performance and reliability.
